About George
I have been working for Lockheed Martin for the past 25 years. I have been a corporate instructor for the past 21 years. I have served in the military and retired on 9/11/2011 with over 31 honorable years of faithful service to this great country of ours to include 5 combat tours in Iraq and Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraq Freedom. I was called the afternoon of 9/11/2011 attacks and served for a period of 2 years in the middle east in support of classified operations. I am currently finishing up on my Bachelor of Science degree in Educational Technology from Walden University. I have been married to my lovely wife for 21 years we have 2 children and 4 grandchildren which I spoil every chance I get. My son works for Lockheed Martin in Kingsbay Georgia as a missile mechanic as well. I also work for the Veteran's Administration as a volunteer working with PTSD patients trying to adjust to civilian life. As a fellow veteran I understand the pressures of trying to adjust from military life to civilian life and I would like to help out anyway that I can. Upon my return from my last deployment I was invited to help out in a promotional video for our fellow veterans which I can provide upon request. V/r George Tweedy
