About Beth
My innate talent and work strength is to empower others - through advising, coaching, training and mentoring. I support people, teams and organizations as they seek change and set out to accomlish new goals. I am known for taking it (anything) to the next level. I became an entrepeneur at 19, starting and managing several businesses for 25 years. I currently work with a non-profit that helps single moms move out of poverty into sustainable employment and indpendence. I'm compassionate, curious, insightful, and helpful. In addition to offering leadership and business experience, I was an employer for many years and can also share insight from this perspective. I enjoy helping people work through business strategy, as well as helping people with resumes, interviewing skills, and the hiring process. I'm humbled by all of the courageous people who have let me stand beside them while they tried something new...and were willing to be afraid and just show up...regardless of the outcome.
