About Claudia
Claudia has over 18 years working with organizations to define their strategic priorities, optimize their people management processes and sustain organizational change. She has facilitated hundreds of interactions ranging from executive team sessions to large training events and leadership development programs. Claudia gained experience in various industries including retail, agriculture, telecommunications and manufacturing. She is recognized as a situational leader, change agent, coach and mentor, with strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with ability to identify and develop distinctive talent. Her passion is to help individuals and organizations define their vision, develop their strategy and meet their goals.
Prior to founding INSPIHRED, Claudia was a Director of Organizational Development for a large manufacturing group based in Brazil and North America. Her core capabilities include HR strategy, objectives and programs in areas such as:

She grew up in Brazil and has lived in the USA for over 10 years. She became an American Citizen in 2014 and lives in sunny Tampa, FL with her husband, daughter and son.
