About James
I have been in the Navy for 16 years. My family and I have recently made the decision to retire from the Navy. There are some professional milestones that will likely occur in the next 2 years. This makes my target retirement timeframe 4-6- years from now. I am looking to be an Operations, Production, or Training Manager when I retire. I would like to refine my roadmap for this transition by learning what credentialing is in the highest demand for these career fields so I can pursue those credentials while I am still on active duty. I have a Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership from Brandman University. I also have a Bachelor of Science in Workforce Education and Development from Southern Illinois University. My passion is my family. I have a wife and two children who mean everything to me.
