I spent 4 years in the US Navy as an IC, I was honorably discharged in 1997 and have worked full time while studying for my Associates, BS and MS, all of which I graduated with a 3.9 or greater GPA. I have worked in the telecommunication field since being discharged and my experience has been built from the ground up, I've worked as a customer service representative, a technician, a data engineer, a supervisor and a manager. I value each position I've held in my past as each one has lent special experience that I rely on every day.
