About Paul
I am a retried Human Resources executive with over 40 years of international and domestic HR experience. I was 21 when I came back from Vietnam and had no idea what I wanted to do with the rest of my life. I found a full-time day job and went to evening college on the GI Bill eventually obtaining an Associates, Bachelors & Masters degree in Business. I've worked primarily in the telecommunications and nuclear industries.
