Hi! Thank you for your service. I'm a 20-year working professional who and have enjoyed being an active mentor throughout this time with all career levels including college students, recent graduates, experienced professionals, and spanning First Generation Professionals and Veterans. I attended college and graduate school and can also be a resource for any higher education/grad school interests/exploration. I have worked in the private and public sectors and am happy to serve as a resource for any topic related to job searching, interviewing, transitioning to working in a civilian work setting, communication skills, leadership development, managing teams, and anything in between. I'm also happy to discuss intangible things such as time management, confidence building, self-care and restoration, stress management, work-life balance, and navigating & building positive work relationships. I'm also a 3-sport athlete, mental health advocate, writer, and artist. My personal interests include cooking, mindfulness meditation, hiking, exercising, and spending time with friends and family.
