About William

When I am not learning about myself or the millions of things I've yet to learn about leading people, I help improve patient outcomes. I use empathy and compassion to analyze the journey of patients and identify roadblocks and barriers to treatment. Once a barrier is identified, I work with cross functional teams to develop innovative and compliant solutions to help patients start and stay on their treatment journey.

That is what I do, this is what I believe:

? Lighthouses and leaders provide a path through fog and allow the team to steer effectively

? Storytelling is the ultimate form of communication and data tells a story that enables leadership decision

? Nothing is more fulfilling than mentoring individuals into the diamond standard of themselves

When not making improvements to my organization, myself or helping others along their journey, I’m often found trying to improve the world around me. I not only have a passion for mentoring people, but I enjoy learning about the world of corporate citizenship, sustainability and how companies big and small can make an impact on the environment and their communities.
