About terry

My name is Terry Pernell. I am a future medical student. While I am awaiting taking the MCAT and applying to medical school in the United States, I have completed a Master's Degree in Real Estate at Roosevelt University, worked in Real Estate Leasing, Brokering, and consulting, and am now 1 year away from my obtaining my MBA in Finance. I have been trained in many types of computer applications including, but not limited to excel and most microft busibess software, SPSS, Argus, CoStar, Bloomberg Training (I have Certificates in Fixed Income and Equity Essentials), Sql server, and Final Cut Pro (Apple Certified). I am planning on applying my degrees, training and certifications, and experiences by Developing Urgent Care Centers in low income communities and forming a Merger and Acquisitions Firm.

I served 4 years in the Navy, stationed in San Diego, CA onboard the USS BENFOLD (DDG-65) AND USS HIGGINS (DDG-76). I was also stationed at HSL-41 Anti-Submarine Squadron Light on Coronado Island. I worked as an Administrative Assistant/Legal Clerk where I worked closely with the Commander and Executive Commander of my commands under the leadership of my First Class and Chief Petty Officer. I learned more than I ever thought I would learn in the Navy and appreciate the experience and serving. It totally changed my life for the better.

My future goals, like I mentioned previously, are becoming a Doctor, Devoloping Urgent Care Centers in low income communities, and forming a Merger and Acquisition Firm.

My main goal in life is to help people. Nothing makes me happier than helping and inspiring people. This is what I am ultimately dedicating my life to; Helping and Inspiring People.
