About Howard
I am a married, 51-year old undergraduate of Louisville Kentucky University, with a degree in Human Resource Development. After 20 years of military experience as (primarily) a human resource specialist, until I retired, and later as a grant writer, non-profit program director, Kentucky Juvenile Justice Advisor, and a contract analyst, I am now interested in giving my time to help support former soldiers, as well as, soldiers who are in imminent transition.
