About Matt
I am also a veteran - I served in the US Army and US Army Reserve for over 23 years as a combat arms officer and later as a Military Intelligence Officer. I attended law school at night while working full time and then practiced corporate law (M&A, private equity, venture capital, small business / start ups / new ventures, securities and general commercial transactions) before joining DRS Technologies, Inc. as a VP and in-house general counsel, head of IP and leader for various functional areas (compliance, contracts, etc.). After leaving DRS, I started my own business supporting and assisting small ventures and technology businesses with a focus on those developing defense and security related products and services.
