About Carlos
Carlos is a graduate student at Dartmouth College and is pursuing a Master of Arts in Globalization. As a committed public servant, his military duty has taken him across South East Asia and the Persian Gulf for five years. He served in the U.S. Navy from 2011 to 2016 as an Electrical and Nuclear Repair Engineer. As a veteran-scholar, he is determined to take his military and academic experiences to provide solutions to the private sector or government organizations.
