About Sheila
My name is Sheila Smith. I worked corporate America for 25 years before retiring in Dec 2020. While I was in the corporate world, I was a Corporate Trainer for the 1st 15 years and the last 10 years as a Process Improvement Project Manager. I have a M.SC in Computer Information Systems. I worked primarily in Silicon Valley, CA for many large organizations like Kaiser Permanente, Genentech and Gilead Sciences. In 2021, I decided it was time to create a new life doing what I know to be of service in the 2nd half of my life....I got myself certified as Life Coach. My passion now is to pour onto others who are on the career path track with a desire to build on their career growth. I find great joy and happiness seeing others achieve their goals. We are all in this life together figuring out our individual path. The greatest gift we can give is our personal insights based on our life experiences.
