About Katie

I have been self-employed since 1972. I have managed teams of 20+ sub-consultants on multi-million dollar projects: engineering, infrastructure project design (water and waste water), environmental compliance and design, public involvement, conflict resolution, collaborative project design, objective-based program planning and multiple benefit problem-solving efforts .

I have written Federal and state grant applications for projects and processes, worked for non-profit organizations as a management consultant, helped in long range strategic and 3-year operational planning efforts for non-profits and assisted in developing joint visions for future work. have practiced and delivered personal and career coaching since 1980. I have no web site and get all of my business by word of mouth.

I have worked in multiple industries, using my wits and networking and managing teams of talented people who want to deliver quality work in a high-paced team-oriented environment. We work in quick-turn around situations where initiative is valued and serves the outcome of our work. I learn from our team, they learn from me. Together we have made significant impact, while building personal skills in a climate of compassionate accountability.
