About Amber

I joined the Diversity & Inclusion team in January of 2016 where I serve as program manager for the Business Resource Groups and assist with the continued implementation of our Global Inclusion Strategy.

Prior to my current role, I was on the Campus Recruiting Team where I assisted with bringing Unmatched Talent into our early career development programs.

My passion for HR (Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Diversity & Inclusion, and more) blossomed before I joined the Aon Family. I attended Indiana University in Bloomington, IN for both my undergraduate and graduate studies. While there I had the opportunity to serve as the Graduate Assistant for the Office of Minority Recruitment, Retention, and Outreach, intern for the Diversity Alumni Association, serve as course liaison for an International Students Leadership class, and served as a Teaching Assistant for several freshman professional development courses.

I originally joined the Aon Family as a Benefits Advisor for the Aon Retiree Health Exchange (formally known as Aon Hewitt Navigators) in the summer of 2013.

During my time in Bloomington, I also lettered for the Women's Basketball Team (Go Hoosiers!) and had the opportunity to play overseas in Italy and then professionally in Spain and Portugal upon graduation. I've always had an insatiable appetite for traveling; my parents were in the US Navy and as a result, I was born in Yokosuka, Japan
