About Ronnie
I just started my retirement leave after serving 20 yrs in the Army, 14 of which have been with the United States Army Recruiting Command. I have held positions of Army Recruiter, Station/Center Commander, Training & Development Supervisor and my last duty held was a senior analyst.
I have been recognized by peers and supervisors for my leadership skills, mentoring and coaching skills and have led teams to achieve great success. Although I joined the military as a light wheeled vehicle mechanic, through use of advanced Excel skills, I have been able to foster my love for fixing problems. I enjoy working with large amounts of data to compile it to information more easily understood at a glance for distribution to others.
While working long hours in recruiting, I was able to complete my Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, earning a 3.7 GPA and induction into the Alpha Chi Honor Society.
