I am the owner of a business management consulting company providing management consulting, business coaching, executive coaching, academic coaching, and life coaching: https://www.lepagesolutions.com/. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Maryland Global Campus, a Master’s in Clinical Social Work with a sub-concentration in military social work from the University of Southern California, and am a Doctoral Candidate in Business Administration at the University of Maryland Global Campus graduating December 2020. My dissertation research focuses on the retention of transitioning military veterans. My concentration is on helping corporations recruit and retain quality talent and providing coaching services that aid executives in achieving corporate success with a specific emphasis on transitioning veterans and spouses.
