About Jyothi
I have been in the Learning Services industry for 10 years. I currently have a company of my own which is about coaching and training primarily young professionals but experienced professionals to a limited extent in certain niche areas. I can provide help in some aspects of job search such as building resumes or linked in profiles, interviewing, and the the post offer phase. I can coach foundations of career skills such as expectations of employer and employee in a new job, fundamentals of time and project management, conflict resolution, interaction and communication with different stakeholders, collaboration tools, making presentations etc, which are the soft skills that are most often sought out by an employer in addition to one's own area of specialization (the hard skills). I have a Master's degree in Instructional design and adult learning. I have primarily worked in the US but have had golden opportunity to also work in two other countries, Australia and the UK, for some period of time. I would like to help those who have given so much to this country. Also if anyone interested in becoming an Instructional Designer/Learning consultant, I can point you to some ways of acquiring those skills and help some myself.
