About Phillip
I spent 21 years in the USAF as a Munitions Systems Specialist, so I am familiar with the difficulties with making a military background transition to a civilian workforce. I was enlisted, but did retire with a BS in Management from the University of Maryland, as well as a few Associates Degrees along the way.
