About Linda
I served 4 years active duty in the US Navy as a Hospital Corpsman in 1973-1977 then 3 years in the Naval Reserve and Army Reserve while I attended college. I graduated with a BS degree in chemical engineering and began my career with the Dow Chemical Company more than 33 years ago. My military experience prepared me well for the discipline and bias for action needed in the corporate environment. I relied heavily on the VA office at my university for coaching through the transition back to civilian life.
