About Bill

My career started out in the Army with INSCOM during the 80s.
Bill Rogers is the founder and CEO of Made For Much More. Bill started his company in 2012, after working in corporate America for more than twenty years.
At Deloitte Bill quickly rose to Associate Partner leading enterprise transformation programs and managing a team of over 100 people. After Deloitte, Bill would continue to grow and work for six other technology-based companies as Senior Vice President (SVP), Managing Director, Chief Information Officer (CIO), and Board Member leading his employees and his companies to success. Throughout his career, Bill’s passion was mentoring people.
In 2012 Bill decided to transition from leading organizations and their teams to success to leading executive professionals to career success. Joining Executive Search Partners, Bill began his recruiting career. Executive Search Partners is recognized by Forbes as one of the Top Recruiting Firms in North America. The firm was formed and is led by former industry Executives. Bill started Made For Much More the same year to help bridge the gap between executive-level professionals and career opportunities.
Since beginning his career coaching and recruiting firms, Bill has become an industry leader and innovator, having helped well over a thousand executive clients achieve extraordinary career success.
His clients include executives and other top-level professionals (C-Level, VPs, Directors, and Managers) representing virtually every industry and the roles you might find within a company, corporation or organization. He has also worked with leaders from Fortune 500, mid-size, start-ups, major consulting firms, and some of the world's leading nonprofits. Bill's diverse placement experience makes him well rounded, and knowledgeable expert in many industries.
Bill acquired his MBA from Central Michigan and went on to attend Harvard Business School gaining certification in Executive Coaching, Leadership, and Management. Bill is also a certified coach, speaker, and trainer from The John Maxwell Team, and is a board member of Environment First Printing Board.
I believe in "pay it forward" and welcome the opportunity to mentor others to help them achieve their professional goals. My passion is coaching, motivating and inspiring people to reach their full career potential.
