About Devan

Hello! My name is Devan Morgan, I'm a Talent Scout within Danone North America supporting a team of senior recruiters with sourcing, pipelining, entry level recruiting and Talent Acquisition operations. I received my education from Marist College in Poughkeepsie NY, graduating with a Bachelors in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and a minor in Public Relations. I have been with Danone for about 3.5 years, prior to that I was in Sales as an Account Executive. Outside of my day to day responsibilities, I sit as the recruitment chair lead for an Employee Resource Group within Danone known as B.R.A.V.E (Battalion of Reserve of Veteran Engagement). We strive to recruit, retain and establish relationships with veterans looking to transition into the civilian world. On a more personal note, I'm a current active duty spouse to my husband who is an Aviation Captain in the Army flying Blackhawks. We're stationed at Fort Campbell, KY and we've been here for about 2.5 years.
