Coordinate the Lab's annual Financial Management Review to OSD.

Recently retired Colonel, US Army. Served as a senior executive in finance and combat leadership for conventional and special operations organizations of 16 to 30,000 personnel and budgets ranging from $20 million to $700 billion.
