My degree was in theatre. So, I was able to use those skills as a Private Household Manager. A modern day "Butler". With all of the security issues we have today, working in the private sector on these massive mansions, as well as multiple estates is a real career. With at least health benefits, some per-diem, bonus money, and raises. Depends on your position and status as an employee. Contract. My positions have been amazing.
You may not have any criminal record, no drugs-I've been drug tested at my jobs, show up on time, work a lot, be trust worthy and loyal. Have a stellar driving record if the position requires you to drive their vehicles, children, pets or the Principles (The home owners). Be patient, have thick skin, don't argue--or ask personal questions. Plus you don't talk about or show pictures to anyone; regarding the properties which you are working. Be able to keep your job to yourself. Have flexibility? Better yet!
Since your confidentiality contract can be very long. Be sure to read it, too. Look up words you do not know. Read what they are requiring you to do for your job!
