Experienced in all aspects of senior leadership and management, including strategy development and execution, enterprise transformation (culture change); program development and management; organizational management; talent development and management; resource management; customer, partner/stakeholder management; policy development, and integrated remote site management. Served on national and multi-national (OECD, IAEA and NATO) panels. Held highest level security clearance. Dealt with all levels of stakeholders including political appointees. Passionate learner.
