Although I have been in the recruiting industry since 1999, I have worn several hats during this time - Office Manager, Administrative, Social Media Marketing, HR, minor Tech Support, and Recruiting. These days I am proudly only wearing one hat, and am now a Senior Recruiter with TSP. I have experience recruiting for roles in Technology, Accounting/Finance, Engineering, Human Resources and Administrative.

Recruiting entry-level tech talent is my primary responsibility. I look for Individuals that have little-to-no experience and great people skills. We put all our new Engineers through a technology boot camp for training, assign online training, as well as shadowing of existing engineers.
