About Luis
I am a Retired U.S. Naval Officer and Enlisted Sailor. I have three combat tours (Gulf War, OIF and OEF) and have extensive Leadership experience. I have an MBA with specialization in Project Management, a BS in Management and an AS in HR Management. I am also certified in Lean Six Sigma and in ITILv3, Foundations. I recently completed a Certificate Program from Syracuse University in HR and Financial Management from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi. My military sub specialties include: Material Management, Financial Management and Patient Administration. I have Additional Qualification Designators (AQD) in: Executive Medicine, Managed Care, and Medical Regulating/Patient Tracking.
