About Wayne
I am a 13 year active duty Army Acquisitions Officer. I obtained my commission through the Army Officer Candidate School. I am have a Bachelors degree in Computer Information Systems from Purdue University and a Graduate Degree from Webster University. While in the Army, I served two tours in support of contingency operations in Iraq and have been a Company Commander for two different companies. Currently, I am working as a Assistant Program Manager for the Warfighter Information Network Tactical program. My previous assignment was Contract Specialist at Mission Installation Contracting Command, Fort Leavenworth Kansas. Upon completion, of Military Service I would like to pursue a career in Project Management. I am PMP and ITIL certified.
