As the former CEO of two Northwest aerospace manufacturing firms, Jack Byrne knows the difference between what sounds good and works well when it comes to executive compensation. Mr. Byrne holds BS in Materials Engineering from Drexel University in Philadelphia and an MBA from the University of Oregon. He was appointed Professor of Operations Strategy at the University of Oregon Executive MBA Program in 1995. He has been Honored with the Oregon Governor's Award for Emerging Business.
