About Phillip
Phillip leads the Diversity and Inclusion Talent Acquisition team which is focused on hiring diverse
talent at all levels. Phil is tasked with developing relationships with key business leaders to learn their human capital needs and garner sponsorship for any required strategic initiatives and changes. He also leverages external relationships with our diversity partner organizations to source through Alumni populations (HBCUs, INROADS, MLT, SEO, etc.) as well as collaborate with internal diversity networks/employee resource groups.
