About Michael
I served in the Air Force for 30 years. Cut my teeth in aviation maintenance as an aircraft armament specialist. I worked in many roles which allowed me to climb the career ladder as an Air Force Career Field manager. I currently work for a college that allows me to seek industry workforce needs, build educational programs to fill these gaps, and set up career events to tie the two together. Even though I served, I also worked in aerospace industry, and in education sector as well. I would be more than willing to share my path, address your concerns, and answer your questions with straight advice based on my experience. Which is why I took the Advisor role and not the Veteran.
