About Paul
Prior to joining The Boeing Company in 1997, I was a professional football player in the National Football League and the Canadian Football League.
I received a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a Master of Arts in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix and earned a second master’s degree in Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management. I also earned a Professional Certificate in Supply Chain Management and has completed leadership and Performance Based Logistics courses at the Boeing Leadership Center.
I served for three years as the Boeing Mesa Site Diversity and Inclusion Council Chair; and was the Mesa Site Chair leading engagement with Mesa Public Schools focused on Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) education awareness. I am involved with the site’s local area business resource groups; volunteers time in the community for multiple organizations; and serves as a mentor for early-career professionals.
