About Bonnie
I have 20+ years experience with Johnson & Johnson over 5 functions (IT, HR, Finance Operations, HR Operations, Procurement and Engineering and Property services). I have served on our J&J Executive Veterans Leadership Council for 10 years as ACP liaison, Communications lead and most recently the lead for the Military Spouse Support group. I specialize in change management, communication, training, customer service. I also have 2 small children and a lengthy commute so balancing work/life family is also a skill in itself. I have a huge passion for helping our nations heros and although civilian myself, come from a large military family.
