About Arthur

I received my Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University in Ithaca, New York in 1965 and 1966, respectively. On graduation, I started my professional career with Westinghouse Electric Corporation where I was a Radar analyst on the AWACS design team. I subsequently joined United Technologies Corporation Norden Systems, where I was responsible for Radar and Radar Display Research and Development, managing innovative developments in solid state transmitters, signal processing, power supplies, AC plasma displays, and non-cooperative target recognition. Subsequently, he managed the Antenna, Receiver and Exciter development organizations, simultaneously developing radar subsystems for JSTARS, A6-E and F and the Israeli F-4 enhancement program. I joined Loral Electronic Systems as Director of Research and Development for Electronic Warfare systems. I joined Verizon as a Director of Software Development for Field Access Systems. I am currently President of a small R&D company and am co-inventor of the patents: Methods and Apparatus for Detecting Concealed Weapons and Methods (6,720,905), Apparatus for Detecting Threats in Different Areas (6,856,272) and Methods and Apparatus for Detecting Threats Using Radar (7,492,303B1).
