About Timothy
After service in Viet Nam in 1967, went to college on G.I Bill. Went to work for Kaiser Aluminum in Labor Relations, negotiating union contracts at facilities in Spokane, New Orleans, Ravenswood, WV, and Los Angeles. After additional education at U of Michigan, broadened role to all of HR, including Organizational Design and Development, Recruiting, Comp & Benefits. Ended career as senior hr officer and part owner of national roofing manufacturing firm with 14 plants nationwide, HQ in Dallas.
