About Darlene
I am a new graduate of a nurse practitioner program and am having difficulty finding a job due to being in the Army Reserves. I am caught in the middle of not being hired due to the lack of experience and find it difficult to "land" a full-time job due to military obligations. For instance, during job interview I am forced to tell perspective employer that I need 3 weeks off in April for ECT. I am being "forced" to retire from the military and persue civilian career. Currently, I am actively seeking a full time nurse practitioner job.
