About Charles

Currently, I am a Retail Sales Hiring Manager in the North Texas market for AT&T. I have been with AT&T for 17 years. I enlisted in the Marine Corps right after high school and served from 1995 to 1999. After the end of my enlistment, I returned to my home and began to attend Elmhurst College and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Managerial Communications. While in school, I was gainfully employed at AT&T receiving several promotions. In my current role, I am responsible for hiring sales professionals in our retail stores.

I am very passionate about volunteering and I current serve as a District Coordinator for Team Rubicon. I am with Region VI and it is one of the most active regions for Team Rubicon when it comes to natural disasters. Team Rubicon unites service members and first responders and we assist the community in their recovery after flooding, tornadoes and wild fires. In some cases, we also assist the community through various service projects.
