About Tonya
I'm a former military spouse, so I understand the challenges associated with transitioning from military service to the civilian workforce. As a HR professional, I think that stewardship and helping others achieve their goals is worthwhile cause. As such, I would be honored to assist our service members during their time of transition.
In terms of education, I have a BS in Business, Masters in Human Relations and PHR certification. During my career, I've worked in a variety of industries- Defense, Healthcare, Finance and Business Travel.
I currently support a global client group of approximately 1600 people with managing strategic iniatives, streamlining processes, project management, country/market specific legal interpretation, evaluation of revenue growth opportunities, recruitment and retention strategies and the training and development of our employees.
