I am a recently retired CPA. Prior to retirement, I practiced as a CPA/Consultant, with a specialization in litigation matters, mainly lost profits, business valuations and complex divorce matters. I have worked with some 40 law firm attorneys in these matters and have provided expert testimony in six counties within Florida and the 11th Federal District. Within the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CPA governing body) I am also Accredited in Business Valuations and Certified in Financial Forensics. My business valuation experience has served potential buyers and sellers of small businesses to make important decisions regarding their possible purchase/sale. I continue to maintain my CPA license and my AICPA accreditations..
