About Craig
I have worked for the last 15 years in software businesses internationally in New Zealand, Australia, The United Kingdom and the USA.
Early in my career I led applications support teams for software companies in the oil industry. I then moved on to operations management for a software company in the medical/dental area. Where my responsibilities included building support, training and internal sales teams along with the operational integration of newly acquired software businesses.
In recent years I have been responsible for the global release and quality of our products. My key areas of speciality are Program and Project Management, Change Management, Quality and Lean Six Sigma and and Performance Management.
I have a Masters in Management, and Bachelor of Business Degrees from Massey University in New Zealand, a Post Graduate Diploma in Project Management from Georgetown University in Washington DC and hold Lean Six Sigma Black Belt & Procsi Change Management Certifications.
Besides work I am a passionate mountain biker, snowboarder and love Crossfit!
