1992 - 2005: Various leader roles in account management supporting an automotive client (account manager, technical delivery manager, client delivery executive). This included IT support of General Motors (GM) Powertrain division and Focus Hope, a non-profit commercial account. Provided direct executive client interface and support, IT operational oversight of divisional accounts, and employee management. Provided oversight management of GM Powertrain’s five engineering accounts. Managed support for GM Powertrain’s Milford Proving Grounds engineering account including direct client interaction, management of operations, development of new business and employee management. Provided day to day management of operations for the IT account supporting GM Powertrain’s Casting Engineering and Malleable Foundry including new business development, and financial and employee management.
1985 - 1992: Managed IT mainframe billing, liaiased between technical staff and field accounts, supported mainframe related purchasing.
