I worked for a a major company for 8 1/2 years, selling and managing different territories before starting my own business. I started with one product line (industrial steam cleaners), added another line which included industrial high pressure hot water washers,. Next I added cabinet washers, a full line of in house blended chemicals for cleaning, a line of waste oil furnaces, waste water treatment systems and last, car and truck wash equipment sales and service. A good year yielded 3.5 mil. to 4.0 mil in gross sales with 5% - 9% net profit. My lease back to the Corporation for $66,000/yr. triple net, for the facilities was paid to my wife and myself..
I sold the corporation, inventory, customers, etc. in July 2014. I presently lease the property and building to the buyer with a purchase agreement to the buyer, for the property in 2017.
