About Bob
Originally from Pa, Ive been in the commercial real estate/property and facilities management business for over 30 years. Based in the Washington DC metro area, Ive held positions such as: Facility Manager, Operations Manager, Sr. Facilities Officer, Property Manager, Director of Engineering, and National Director. Ive worked for both large and small firms, third party management and owner managed commercial portfolios.
My professional designations include: RPA, CEM, SMA, CEP, FMA and LEED AP.
I am also a certified professional SCUBA instructor and former dive center business owner in Va. I now co-own and operate Juan Bobo Cigar Company in my spare time.
