About Gregg
I've worked in the automotive industry for nearly 30 years, in both manufacturing assembly plant environment and also engineering and design. I've worked for Ford, Chrysler and now GM and have exposure to many different groups, management styles and dynamics. I've been a hiring manager for many years, had the opportunity to interview hundreds of candidates and work with many groups to improve the team's dynamics, output and innovation. I am a Master Blackbelt problem solver and have completed my MBA.
