My name is Raymond Cano, and I am an award-winning leader with an MBA and a Masters Degree in Organizational Leadership!
I have a track record of influencing leaders at all levels within an organization. I’ve spent the last 17 years perfecting the art of leadership and managing large scale projects while serving in the Marine Corps. I became quite adept at developing people and teams. Managing multiple projects, regardless of their urgent deadlines or ambiguity, became a regular part of my day. In fact, I thrive on fast-paced projects!
I’ve found that one of my most admired skills is the ability to see the big picture and how the different parts of the whole process work together. This ability allows me to spot simple solutions to complex issues.
The good news is that I am currently looking for the next project management career that will allow me to simplify processes, affect change, and improve the bottom line.
