I'm in the Military Veteran Leadership Development Program at JNJ, working in the J&J Learn Professional Practice Area. In this role, I get to reimagine J&J’s Continuing Education offerings, partner to advance our SkillBridge offerings, and do other critical work for the Professional Practice Area.
Before J&J, I was a Medical Service Officer in the U.S. Army. I had the privilege of serving in a medical company, surgical team, and field hospital in South Korea, Saudi Arabia, and North Carolina. My assignments included project management, logistics/ supply management, team building, and personnel management. I enjoyed and excelled in multicultural team building, project planning, and execution throughout my military career. In addition, I'm a certified Scrum Master and a native Mandarin speaker.

I was born and raised in Taipei, Taiwan, and immigrated to California at 13. I enjoy traveling and experiencing different cultures, outdoor activities, yoga, and listening to podcasts
during my free time.
