About Ken

My career began as a diesel mechanic out of high school. I wanted a career and to be self employed even thought I had achieved a position as a National maintenance director managing 900 employees I resigned my position after 10 years in 1986. I became a Real Estate Investor beginning with no money while I was employed and within 5 years owned and managed 100 units. Over the years I have owned one of the largest privately owned appliance repair companies in the US, owned a mortgage company and many more companies. My current focus in working with real estate investors across the US and getting prepared to reenter the real estate multifamily industry. I also have some employment opportunities if interested in becoming an appliance repair technician.
