About Joseph

I am currently in transition as the last contract administrator in DuPont Engineering and am intimately familiar with supplier management. I understand the importance of customer focus and mission accomplishment, and what it takes to position an organization for the 21st century collaborative environment. I can help with SAP and Microsoft Office365. I will be actively engaged in driving momentum, particularly in strengthening our workforce, relations with suppliers, and delighting our in-house customers.

I am third-party certified in construction contract administration and accredited in green building rating systems with an emphasis on operations and maintenance, i.e., total worker health. I am self-directed yet organizationally sensitive regarding strategic planning and day-to-day operations. I enjoy collaborative and integrated teamwork and project delivery. I can obtain Six Sigma, Supply Management, or SharePoint certification.

My ideal job would be construction contract administration, contract management, or procurement/sourcing in the high performance [green] building / renewable energy sector.
