About Paul
My degree is a BS in Chemistry. I used this over a 35 year career in sales and business development including a separate 5 year span working as a private consultant. I have sold advanced water treatment systems and chemical programs to just about every industry sector which gives me a broad base of knowledge into how every industry uses water and the processes that require it. I've promoted and sold chemical sourcing programs that required me to learn about supply logistics in both heavy and light industry. The water treatment industry is heavily service oriented so it helped me to hone my customer service skills that can be applied to anyone or any company wishing to improve customer and supplier relationships. I enjoy the outdoors. I am an avid golfer. My career passion was mentoring a sales team of 25 representatives during the middle portion of my career when I served as a District Sales Manager.
