I came across ACP Advisornet and immediately wanted to get involved. I've enjoyed helping individuals with early-stage career planning for some time now, but never as part of a formal process or organization.
I have several years experience in the software technology field in both individual sales roles and management. I've done a lot of hiring and a lot of interviewing myself and am generally very career-minded.
